Located on the ski hill at Kimberley Alpine Resort just 150 metres from the main chair lift and with over 4,000 square feet of luxury alpine living Sunshine Chalet beckons the discerning winter sports lover. Hardwood  slate and granite, are used throughout the chalet. Through the grandiose double oak doors is the exceptionally large slate tiled entrance hall and meeting area. Normal chalets have a dungy boot room at Sunshine Chalet your boots are stored here in the heated entrance hall. At Sunshine Chalet you never have to suffer from trying to put on cold ski boots again.  The main living area consists of a luxurious open plan kitchen with bar seating where you can sit and watch your personal chef prepare the food and deliver it to the dining area. The light and airy lounge has soaring cathedral ceilings, leather sofas and homely log fire. It is an ideal place to sit and chat with friends old and new, enjoy a drink and re live the events of another wonderful day on the Kimberley ski hill. French doors lead out  to  the exceptionally large balcony with a private hot tub for our guests use. Relax, enjoy the hot water jets and soak those weary muscles after a hard days play

.Bedroom 1 is also located on the main floor. It will sleep 4 people in either 2 king beds, 4 singles or 1 king and 2 singles. It has its  own access to the deck and hot tub and benefits from a huge walk in wet room with 2 shower heads. From the living area a magnificent open tread wooden staircase leads you to the upper mezzanine.

On the mezzanine are 2 quiet seating and reading areas. One with leather armchairs and coffee table. The other has beach framed modern rockers and a coffee table. This area overlooks the living area. The mezzanine also has a computer area with high speed internet access. French doors lead out to the upper front balcony.  Off the mezzanine are located the other four bedrooms including the master suite all have private facilities which include baths with shower above. Quality beds, bedding and linen and all have French doors leading to their own balconies .

Bedroom 2:  Spacious en suite bedroom which will sleep 2 adults in luxury in a choice of either a king bed or 2 singles. Built in wardrobe and shelving area.

Bedroom 4: Spacious en suite bedroom which will sleep up to 3 adults in 1 queen size bed and 1 single. Built in wardrobe and shelving area

Although a 5 bedroom chalet only 4 seem to really available for guests. The master bedroom  now appears to be permanently enjoyed by hosts Susan & Richard throughout the winter season.

Master Suite: Spacious ultra luxury suite with king bed. Tiled bathroom with birch vanity cabinet ,twin  inset marble wash basins, luxury Jacuzzi tub with twin shower heads one above and the other mounted on the tub, walk in closet and shelving space.

 Designer wardrobes and draw sets with opaque glass fronts. French doors to private balcony. If you would like to rent the master suite please add £100 per person to the prices quoted.
